
Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Service Terms and Conditions of Querétaro traducción (hereinafter, "the Agency"). By using our Services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
The Agency offers Translation, Localization and other Linguistic Services. We strive to provide high-quality, accurate Translations within agreed deadlines.
3. Contracting and Payments
Request for Services: Customers can request Services through our Website, Email or Telephone. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide a detailed Quote.
4. Acceptance of Quote: Acceptance of the Quote and specific Project Terms must be confirmed in Writing.
5. Payment: Payment must be made according to the conditions specified in the Quote. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or other pre-arranged Methods.
6. Cancellations: In case of Cancellation by the Client, the Cancellation Fees indicated in the Quote will apply.
7. Delivery
We are committed to delivering Translations in the agreed Format and within the agreed Deadline. However, we are not responsible for Delays caused by Events beyond our Control.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The Client guarantees that he has the necessary Rights to the Material provided for Translation and that said Material does not infringe the Rights of Third Parties. The Intellectual Property of the Translation belongs to the Client once full Payment has been made.
9. Quality and Reviews
We strive to provide high-quality, accurate Translations. If the Client is not satisfied with the Translation, they can request Revisions within 14 Days of Delivery.
10. Confidentiality
The Agency undertakes to maintain the Confidentiality of all Documents and Information provided by the Client, in accordance with the attached Confidentiality Clause.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential Damages resulting from the use of our Services. Our total Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Service in question.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of the State of Querétaro, Mexico and any Dispute will be resolved in the Courts of Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., Mexico.
Confidentiality Clause
1. Scope
This Confidentiality Clause applies to all Information and Documents provided by the Client to the Agency for the performance of the contracted Services.
2. Confidentiality Obligations

Confidentiality: The Agency undertakes to maintain the Confidentiality of all Information and Documents provided by the Client. This Obligation extends to all Employees, Collaborators and Subcontractors of the Agency.

Use of Information: The Information provided by the Client will only be used for the specific purposes of the contracted Translation Project and will not be disclosed to Third Parties without the Client's prior Written Consent.

Security Measures: The Agency will implement appropriate Security Measures to protect Customer Information against unauthorized Access, Loss or Disclosure.
3. Exceptions
Confidentiality Obligations will not apply to Information that:

Is in the public domain at the time of its disclosure or becomes so without breach by the Agency.

Is legally received from a Third Party that is not subject to an Obligation of Confidentiality.

Is independently developed by the Agency without the use of Confidential Client Information.
4. Duration
Confidentiality Obligations will remain in effect for a period of five (5) years after the termination of the Contract or until the Information is no longer confidential, whichever occurs first.
5. Return or Destruction of Information
At the Client's request, the Agency will return or destroy all Documents and copies containing Confidential Client Information, except when it is necessary to retain them for legal or regulatory Requirements.
